As Arizona’s largest single-lot home builder Morgan Taylor Homes has a diverse building portfolio of accessible turn-key homes, We worked with the Leadership team at Morgan Taylor to develop a Vibrant and cutting-edge interior office space that reflects their values and desire for space that is both beautiful and accommodating. The dynamic interior was developed around the concept of a modern loft space with strong but eclectic features that both inspire and give a sense of comfort. The program called for accommodating both open office and private office areas with two large conference rooms, material display space, break room, and restrooms. The space was designed around a large entry lobby that welcomes new clients and visitors and allows them to experience the quality and integrity of the home builders' work while enjoying the exploration of material and form surrounding them.
